Although online learning may be convenient, the level of personal attention from working one-on-one with registered speech-language pathologist, Marlene Lewis, is measurable.

Marlene provides her clients with highly personalized attention by also having a highly qualified and experienced teacher assisting.

Teresa Barton (shown above) will join Marlene at the July 5-29th summer reading camp. Teresa has a BEd in elementary education, with a specialty in Learning Assistance from the University of Victoria and a M Ed, specializing in literacy from Western Washington University.

Presently, she is the reading tutor for St. Michaels University Junior school and has over 17 years of classroom teaching and tutoring experience. Her dedication and creativity to inspire student learning is evidenced by the use of novel reinforcers, fun games, hands-on activities, quality children’s literature and technology. She views every child as competent, uniquely wonderful and capable of learning. Her commitment to inspired student learning has won her the rapport of students and parents alike.
